So, I just dinged level 90 with my Holy Pally. I don't know actually what to do now. I've been farming the normal dungeons for upgrades, but don't really know which faction is best to start with. Any tips on recently level 90 players?

You'll definitely want to start with Golden Lotus and The Klaxxi if you're interested in picking up some gear. Also, Golden Lotus is required to open up Shado-Pan and The August Celestials so prioritizing those dailies is probably a good idea.
