Just tired of barely getting by.

I'm not asking to be an overnight millionaire, but would it really kill the restaurant to pay it's best worker 2 grand a month? I'm not greedy... Just want enough to be able to live somewhat comfortably.

That's not greedy. With today's prices, that's just about what you need to make all the bills.

Cut a quarter of that out for taxes, half of it for bills, and the last 500 would be left over for me to do things.....I'd be fine with that.

I've heard rumors that the owners are selling off their houses and cars and shit, and if that's the case, then that would explain it. But rumors aren't fact. They closed one store couple years ago...and we DID have a building appraiser come by a few weeks back...

Franchise pizza restaurant called Mazzios. Oh, excuse me, we're not a pizza restaurant. We're an "Italian Eatery". Despite the fact that 75-85% of our sales are the pizzas.
