Well its directly near (by near i mean its directly on front) of
1. a very very busy street with 4 lanes.
2. it has a train station just infront of my window. (hi train every 10 minutes)

So its fuckin noisy and thats what helped with the price..

Eh, the buses here (which are the only public transport) aren't any good, but they work for the most part. I probably can't afford getting a license before I get a job. The whole process costs about 3,5-5k depending on how well you're able to learn. And then there's paying for a car.
