Steak is made of meat and is therefore delicious. I prefer it cooked medium well, just a little bit of pink is fine, anything less then that and I don't like it.

And steak is great. Certainly up there with bacon as greatest food stuff in the world. As long as it's cooked less than medium (I likes me some blood and juices *drool*) I'm a happy woman.

I like a good fillet steak cooked medium-rare. Especially with garlic sauce.

I love a good steak very occasionally. Well marbled and sitting in its own juices. As long as we're talking beef that is.

Nine times out of ten I'd take a perfectly cooked tuna steak over the beef variety.
