NEED HELP for new graphic card

Hi, folks!

I'm considering buying a new graphic card - I've looked into the ASUS GeForce GTX 650 (1GB DDR5).
But I don't know that much on graphic cards, so I need you guys to tell me if:

Is 1GB DDR5 enough?

Is Core Clock (1058 MHz) enough?

Is Memory Clock (5000 MHz) enougt?

The big questing: Is this graphic card good enough to play wow (Well ofc it is) But also to stream and record while playing the games.

The card is ok to play anyhting unless you always want highest possible resolution and detail level. 1GB RAM on this one is... ok. Could be more but wont be used due this card performance limits.

The HD 7770 is considerably faster for the same price.
