There is nothing mentioned in the dungeon journal so i guess it would be world drops.

We had a healing trinket drop the first week. It's a exact copy of the VP one, was going to link it, but the heals that got it is logged out in his feral gear.

eu.battle.net/wow/en/character/hellfire/Sanzk/advanced got my trinket yesterday from the trash before Elegon. Have also seen an intellect trinket with crit and an agility trinket drop.

There are trinkets for each role I believe. We had the Strength one drop first pull first week, seen two patterns since then.

I'm wearing the strenght trinket (armory in sig) Pretty sure there is an equivalent for each VP trinket bought with Shado-Pan rep, seen the tank one aswell.
Also 3 BS plans dropped, got 2 and a tailoring pattern.

Hm I think that ring is a world drop, not MV only. Not sure though

Seen epic agi and int trinkets drop from trash. Also 3 leatherworking epic patterns.
