Glyph of Unleashed Lightning (Chain Lightning)

So leveling today, i thought they should expand Glyph of Unleashed Lightning to this

Glyph of Unleashed Lightning
Allows your Lightning Bolt to be cast while moving, but increases the cast time by 5%, also allows Chain Lightning to be cast while moving, but reduces it's damage by 10%.

Would make multi mob pulls so much easier solo, i hate how i lose mobilty because i aggro a second mob.

I'd get rid of it then, and get used to standing still during fights again.

5%? i feel like there has so be some sort of Trade-off, and I know the damage is kinda high for CL right now
