Weapon placements

What's up with some of the weapon placements? For instance, my monk's 1-h mace is on my back, and its literally going through my head. And its upside down, and staves, and everything on my back is just looking weird. Whats up with that?

Monk weapons are on their backs (and upside-down, for two-handers) because their attack animations don't normally use weapons, so when they do pull out their weapons the weapons were placed such that the pull out > attack > put back looks as fluid as possible. Placement should be normal for other classes.
