Problem with Direct 3d?

So recently and randomly every time I load up WoW and League I get these errors. "World of Warcraft was unable to start up 3D acceleration. Please make sure DirectX 9.0c is installed and your video drivers are up-to-date." and also when I try to load up League of Legends I get "Could not load direct3d". At first it seemed to only happen if I had a youtube video playing in the back, but now its almost all the time. Not every time but just about. Anyone know how to fix this? I have no idea what it means lol

Remember this happening in fullscreen mode with Dx9 only. Change to windowed fullscreen, or make sure wow is loading into the foreground.
