Random Battlegrounds questions

My first question is, Is there battle groups for randoms anymore because I'm on Darkspear and I was getting people from Illidan and I know for a fact that Darkspear and Illidan aren't on the same battle group. I was thinking it's like US east and US west or something like that.
Second question is how are your win/lose ratio. I ask this because it seems that it's never a balanced ratio. Either it's Alliance dominated or Horde dominated for me. Well those are my questions thanks in advance. Good Hunting.

yea right..... it depend on the time you play. and the amount of bots your fighting.
