    Do you ever get the feeling your paying for beta

    I ask this question because of the serrious affect of bugs that is happening to the daily golden lotus quests . Its allways a case of eather one or another of the quests being buged out for one reason or another . 5 day Gm tickets dont help the matter eather. theres a issue here and it shouldnt be overlooked . serrious rep is being lost her due to blizzards bad costomer service , do you think this is because of the layoffs they made ? or is it just because they just dont give a fuck ?

    No. I don't feel that way. I have experienced a few bugs, but overall it's been incredibly smooth from launch on. I took the entire week off of work and played every day with virtually no problems.

    total agreement there have only been one or two bugs that have really affected me and honestly . . . . i can pick up pretty much any new release console game or single player pc game and find way more buggy stuff.

    shouldnt a live version have no bugs ? what were paying for is quality ... look at the amount of $£$£$£$£ they take from us a month?

    I believe that would be impossible, there will always be bugs somewhere

    From the title of the post, it sounded kinda like you were complaining that this felt like beta. Which... I can assure you is very far from the reality. Anyone who thinks a couple of minor bugs = beta hasn't played many betas...

    No. That is impossible. Perfection is impossible. As a software engineer of 13 years, I can assure you it is impossible to make something bug free.

    There's nothing we can fix other than reporting the bugs. Every single game will always have bugs. Some more than others. Never think you're paying for beta when you find a few bugs.

    Personally I haven't seen a single bug thus far in the expansion. Maybe somethings were bugs but I didn't notice.

    Always. But not because of bugs but because they are constantly tweaking the shit out of this game and every day brings something new. Good and bad. Good and bad.

    This is nowhere near as bad as betas are.

    It would be great if games could all be 100% bug-free, but that's astronomically unrealistic. At least Blizzard gets bugs fixed quickly. Certain other companies (*coughBethesdacough*) don't even bother fixing the thousands of bugs in their games.

    No, you're just not finding the answers you want. I have not run into any game-breaking bugs at all throughout my questing experience and like Darsithis stated, it is virtually impossible to make software bug free.

    Yes I do feel like I'm paying for beta... because many of the same jacked up issues that existed on beta exist on live, and even worse, when I petition about them I get this nasty email saying

    Greetings Traveler,


    We are contacting you today regarding your multiple in-game ticket submissions
    to the Customer Support team over the past few months. We have noticed a
    troubling trend in these submissions, reaching a point where we must ask
    explicitly for your future compliance.

    A lot of the tickets you’ve submitted have been complaints about game design

    do you think the Gm 5 day wait time is right , do you think that you have to lose rep quests because quests are broken is right ? do you think its right to pay for this privalage ?

    I experienced a grand total of 2 bugs since launch. A bug in one of the quests as I was leveling, I cant remember the name, and the infamous golden lotus daily bug, latter of which was a really easy fix.

    I get the feeling that an MMO is always a work in progress and that all games have bugs. Expecting otherwise is silly.
