The Diggle/ steroid stuff really just feels flat for me. Ollie/Deathstroke was engaging, two good actors with stuff to do. Diggle though, eh. Still don't like Mad Dog, but T and Canary fit the team much better. Diggle/ Felicity were great the first couple seasons but then sort of developed into a "why are they here" feel, Felicity is fine as long as they avoid the Olicity drama crap, but Diggle/Mad Dog just don't feel comic book hero enough.

I'm assuming we don't need to tally up the death count of both teams in this episode though?

Idk why but i got the feeling that slades mirakuru could still be in him. It was shown after he returned home before season 2 it was it had gone dormant for at least a year or two. Maybe the "cure" all it did was force it to go dormant again making it undetectable. Would be interesting to see if in the future something causes it to reawaken in him and if it will drive him mad again. Maybe the death of one of his sons? Maybe at the hands of team arrow?

I mean, they understand that the Defense is required to have access to the evidence, right? Maybe they can delay it, but what's the point? You can't hide evidence until a surprise moment in court. The Judge has already seen the evidence apparently, and plenty of others have I assume since it was a different judge that issued the arrest warrant I assume. (Fed vs Local) And that "arrest him in public" thing, they don't DO that, since it opens them up to all sorts of liability. There is nothing to be gained by not contacting his lawyer and arranging for him to turn himself in.

I was always under the impression that once arrested prosecutor had to handover all evidence right away. Also yeah arresting in public like that is a big no no, becaue if they don't get a guilty verdict opens up more avenues and can be used as evidence in a lawsuit. But then again its "plot" so none of it matters, a good lawyer would of gotten her out of town with harassment suits and stuff because she kept going after them after the pic which started the investigation was proved to be fake and instead of finding out who and why someone was going after an elected official she still went on her witch hunt.

    6th episode.
    So. Much. Cringe.
They managed to make it awful despite Slade.
    What a feat.

Right, once you establish quite easily that she had a personal vendetta against him, to the point of arresting him in public like that, it has a lot of effects.

You'd also never have the DA that he appointed/ oversaw prosecuting anything, that's just... no. Heck, the FBI probably wouldn't even be investigating a local matter anyway, at least not the way she portrayed the case/investigation. This is all ignoring the entire ARGUS connection he has, since who knows how ARGUS works. Almost anything that they might have could easily be dismissed as stuff Chase made up.

Plus, how she makes all these connections and yet doesn't link Evil Laurel to Laurel?

And of course, they beat up a bunch of fake cops in view of everyone, so the news showed that, presenting it as them beating up cops... no word on 10 fake cops being arrested? Whatever.

It's not really infuriating, it's just sigh-worthy. Like in the last Flash episode, I just fast forwarded through some of the drama of "but, he's a bad guyyyyy" scenes. Overall the episodes/seasons are fine, but some of the scenes just make me wonder if they have anyone with a little sense to go "hey, that's not how it works".

Yeah they have to hand over everything. If anything new comes up they have to present it to the judge who then decides if its admissible. If it is, then the defense is given the evidence and time to go through it.

I found that so annoying, like FFS have a little faith in Barry.

It was like that in Season 1 or 2 or whatever too, with his money. He owned X amount of the company, and leveraged some of it, but then they voted him out of a leadership position, which somehow meant all his money was seized the next week, or something. They just don't seem to understand the basics of laws.

It could have been okay, but they showed enough of it in the commercials/ previews that you already knew what was happening even in the parts they didn't show. And they repeated it over and over. A little faith in Barry, a little Barry not being so crazy, and a little "Barry wears a fucking mask" too, all would have been good.

The Cross-over this year seems much more integrated, which I like. Roll one episode into the next. Shame Supergirl is on another world, and most of her crew is left behind, but all the Legends/ Flash crew make a good showing.

That's why the next cross-over i hope even if its 1 episode like the musical was happens on E-38.

The cross over this year is awsome (is seriously dont see how they ever can top that)
I admit it has a bit cring worthy momements but bringing even Jimmy as Guardian into the mix
and the fights make up for it.

Also awsome: "Why the hell do you have a kryptonite arrow?" (Oliver is now 100% Batman in this Universe)

Or the Scene where Flash and Supergirl have to wait for Oliver and he says that he doesnt have superspeed? ^^

    this crossover is pure nerdgasm

    How do they top it?
Well, by making at least 1 cohessive episode the levels of Daredevil s1.

  15. #3015
So many glaring problems just for "plot" Barry is faster like many times faster than RF he is faster than Savitar was while in the suit. Overgirl not being weakened by kryptonite and dyeing from to much solar radiation...they can bathe in the sun! Also she had Superspeed think by now she be able to dodge a kryptonite blast especially from Metallio knowing exactly that he can do it.

Also the girl waiter from the wedding that was talking to Barry is 99% chance his daughter from the future. Wonder if she will be back.

Oh why yes, I am not even slightly bored doing the usual facepalm routines while watching Arrow.

The TV show handles them differently, like how she can't breath/ fly well in space. Pretty sure Superman can in comics. Not sure that Superman ever "burned out" his powers by too much eye heat either.

Also she had Superspeed think by now she be able to dodge a kryptonite blast especially from Metallio knowing exactly that he can do it.
Flash and Supergirl move at the speed of plot, you kind of just need to put it out of mind or it'll drive you crazy every time they fail to move fast...

I figured from the future, was trying to think if any of Mon-El's crew reminded me of her.

Then why are you WATCHING it?
I gave AoS and Legends a try, didn't like them so I stopped watching them. I'm really not sure why folks do such things.

I'm enjoying it for the most part but i have to skip ahead every time Iris or Felicity appears on screen to continue to enjoy.
Just because you don't like parts doesn't mean you should just turn it off. Not everything has to be dealt with in absolutes.

    Because it was once awesome.
Because I've spent too much time on this fething charade and I will see it through.
Legends of whatever/superdyke on the other hand are entirely different beasts.
I've had my fill of shit with just a couple of episodes.

I am resisting the very same urge to skip the parts whenever Iris or Olicity start to loom in.
