Patch 5.0.5 Detox Bug

Discovered this last night, so made a quick vid. To my knowledge, EVERY cleanse in the game incurs some type of cooldown, 8-15 seconds. Detox has an 8 second CD, but it currently is not being triggered, resulting in the ability to spam it a la WotLK style.

Dispels don't go on CD if they don't dispel anything...

During gameplay vs some spiders, it would dispel poison, and incur no CD. Guess i will ahve to make another vid displaying that, lol.

I've actually seen this happen before even when dispelling stuff, i do pvp as a mistweaver and obviously i'm dispelling things from time and time and there's been times when i've dispelled a load of debuffs yet the spell didn't start its CD.

Not sure what i was dispelling mind you
