<Cinder and Ash> is a Semi-Hardcore raiding guild on Whisperwind-US. After going 7/8 H Dragon Soul, we are rebooting our core raid team and want to push for server firsts in the coming months. If you are just looking for your next purple and not willing to put in the work needed see the next guilds post.

About us:
<Cinder and Ash> is originally from The Forgotten Coast-US. A dead raid environment and limited population convinced us to move our guild earlier this year. After our initial recruitment we quickly sped through content we were previously unable to complete. Personal issues arose and we were unable to fully complete Dragon Soul.

About Whisperwind:
Our server population is heavy on Alliance. That doesn't stop us from having a strong economy and strong raid teams. We are part of the Rampage battle group, and have a decent following of pvp enthusiasts. We have regular groups downing the Sha of Anger, and all together a fun server history.

Raid:
All core members are to be ready to raid at the set times. We expect each and every person to know about their chosen class/spec. We want people who research changes to their class, simcraft, and min-max as much as they can. Food is provided and Flasks/Potions available for purchase through the Guild Bank. Deadly Boss Mods or Big Wigs / Vent is mandatory for all raiders.
We use a Raid Point system that allows you to purchase things from the guild bank, as well as reserve certain items when you get high enough. Our attendance policy is such that you should not miss 2 raids in 1 month. We understand things happen, and decisions can be made on an individual basis, but letting a officer know prior to you missing is the best way to handle it. Stand ins are always ready if need be to allow us to progress each week.

Communication:
We use a Facebook group that keeps all raiding info and status updates constantly flowing without the need to check a forum. Using your real account is not necessary, creating a FB for your character is perfectly fine.
