Title says it all, create an item by merging two items. You can also list effects said item would have.
Example:
Ai-Li's Skymirror
+
Potions of Illusion
=
Skymirror of Illusion (Once used everybody around you takes on your appearance (for a limited duration of course, and only on your screen (May also be reserved for players only not guards)))
Any items in particular you guys would merge that'd have a cool name/effect? Points for names and uniqueness. Also try not to make something too overpowered as that's no fun!

Great ideas guys, though I'd like to see the names you come up with too! Like my example of Skymirror of Illusion :P Just grab parts from each item and try to make the name sound nice. I'll try to think of another one in the meantime, hmm...

Bryntroll + Cunning of the Cruel : Shadow bolt volley which also heals you for the damage done!
Healthstone + Mana Potion : Maybe people would actually use these things.
Bone-Link Fetish + Nibelung : Random crits which spawn val'kyrs
