how beat double hunter+ anything in 3s?

Have your hunter land a trap on you and make sure warrior uses Intimidating Shout to remove some pressure. Use Trinket to break Silence and CC and use Icebound Fortitude and Death Strike to outheal bursts.

Also be in blood presence preemptively to counter the burst. Stay grouped up to counter the hunters burst so it's spread damage rather than all on one target. Have your pet up already and ready to be sac'd when you hit 50%. Strang one to counter their burst.

There's literally nothing you can do about it unless the gap in skill is enormous.
