Pyro CD Avoided? Deep Freeze and Frost Bomb Changes (5.1 PTR)

Looks like this PTR beta build (as of this post), mages haven't been hit with the Pyro CD yet (remain vigilant!) What has happened instead is the following so far:

• Deep Freeze duration DECREASED from 5 to 4 seconds.

• Frost Bomb time to explode (outside of Glyph of Fire Blast Trigger) INCREASED from 5 to 6 seconds.

I guess shrinking the window of "pumping pyros" into deep'd targets is one alternative. I wonder what else they have up their sleeve...
