Thread: cant launch WoW

    cant launch WoW

    i just bought MoP digital upgrade and its been applied to my account etc but when i try and boot the game up i get stuck on the launcher. it wont actuallly load up the game , i've tried running the WoW.exe, WoW Launcher.exe and the WoW-64bit.exe files as administrator ( and standard User )but they all dont load passed the wow launcher regaurdless what file i run any idea how to fix it ?...

    Have you tried running the repair tool?

    dont have a repair file in my wow folder got wowerror, wowerror-64 but even when i click them nothing happens =/

    How long have you waited at the launcher? Have you encountered any errors?

    been waiting on the launcher for about 30mins now, game says its up-to-date & not had any errors

    You can try removing the folders in:

    C:\ProgramData\Battle.net. The folder is hidden, so you will have to show your hidden files.

    This will force the launcher to redownload a new agent/launcher
