Wireless issue with Windows 8 & Clevo's poor driver support

    Hi!

For the past few hours I've been stressed out about my wireless issue with my Clevo P150EM laptop, I've downloaded the 3 different wireless drivers available on their website, 2 of them being RealTek & 1 of them being Intel, I tried installing the drivers seperately, no wireless networks were detected at all, tried all 3 installed, still none.

I've tried both the drivers from the CD & directly from Clevo's website, I've also tried the American Sager & danish MM-Vision.dk who all sell Clevo laptops. I'm here to ask any Clevo/Sager users who's using Windows 8 have had any success with getting wireless drivers working properly.

    whats laptop model number?

Or what wifi card you supposed to have?

Site says it should be an Intel wifi card unless a very basic model. Tried any drivers from the Intel site?

I had similar issues with Asrock drivers being 14 months behind actual official part drivers.

As I stated, Clevo P150EM, should be generic Realtek wifi controller.

Cyanotical suggested looking at drivers from Intel's site too, I'll be looking into that later this evening.
