Your weapons would Suggest you to be combat, good rule is: Play the spec you have the weapons for.
It depends how serious you are about raiding, I've got Dancing Steel on the LFR because I want to help the guild as much as I can, if you're not a serious raider than I probably wouldnt.

It depends on whether you're on a budget or not and how serious your guild is for the Dancing Steel, imo anything 489+ should have Dancing Steel on it.
