Tracking buffs/debuffs in raids

I am having tough time tracking my buffs/debuffs especially in 5mans and raids. Way too many buffs/debuffs filling up half the screen. I don't want to disable debuffs/buffs.

Is there a addon like needtoknow or maybe change buff/debuff visual style.

KaruulAlert is my favourite and is probably the most powerful. Seriously that thing can do everything.

Another popular one is NKRebuff, although I didn't like it as much.
