Haven't really played many new games this year to be honest, Been playing alot of older games, Played the all three Mass Effect games as I hadnt played them before, I played the first Stronghold game, Witcher 2, Transport Tycoon Deluxe, as well as WoW and Diablo 3.... Nothing really caught my eye this year so far...

the only game i'll be getting this year will be Of Orcs and Men, and I still am not sure if that's any good. :S

Oh and I have been playing some FTL: Faster than Light

I didn't play many games this year, to be honest, but I quite enjoyed Borderlands 2. I love that cartoonish style so much, and the mechanics, characters and such are pretty great!

My list is mostly expansions and free to play games, haven't really enjoyed the big games:

Wish I could add Diablo 3, but it has been a very dissapointing game.

Guild Wars 2, Borderlands 2 was cool, Mass Effect 3.

ME3 is the only 2012 game I've played yet. Want to try Dishonored, but I'll wait. The $60 price tag is the only turn off. Same goes for BL2 and AC3.

However, I think Deus Ex: HR is new enough for me to put that in here too, though it was a 2011 game.

Mists is a fun xpac so far too.

This year has been the slow year for games (Apart from Blizzard), but epic year for movies.

Really the only game that released 2012 that I've enjoyed is MOP.

Mass Effect 3 had epic moments (Tuchanka, Rannoch) and the usual epic character interaction, but just the plot as a whole and of course the ending was just such a load of bollocks that I lost all my love for the game.

I've heard amazing things about dishonored but I've yet to get around to playing it

And then of course Diablo 3. Similar to ME3 in the respect that they got a couple of things just perfect, but the areas that needed to be at least very good (Gameplay, Plot), just ended up being a complete load of rubbish.

Ultimately this year has been very disappointing, but thankfully MOP has been awesome and the amount of amazing movies released has kind of helped me forget about the lackluster gaming year.

This game cured my WoW addiction. Was just released last week, but I've logged 100's of beta hours. Perfect blend of RTS and FPS in a sci-fi, alien vs marine setting. Really cheap on steam too. Check it out, it's a top seller!
