There is a waiting 24hours, because the US start first over EU, So they count the time from when the raid went up, to when it gets killed

More than just a few hours unless the world really does revolve around the US & EU

Asia got the release a day later than EU and Stars has been coming on pretty strong.

They stated that EU had an unkillable boss. I responded saying the same issue effected both the US and EU and that both regions were hotfixed at the same time. That means the boss became killable for both regions at once. Therefore both had the same amount of time to dedicate to the race.

Whilst I am not trying to take anything away from Blood Legion, congrats to them - The top EU guild right now (Paragon) and still the only 10 man guild on empress couldn't kill amber-shaper because of a bug that just made it impossible (they killed it 3rd attempt after hotfix) so honestly, I don't think they would of got it had the circumstances been different and blizzard could balance their raids properly

well dont they have to hold onto the kill for atleast 24 hours before an EU guild kills it to "technically" be world first? or am i having my who gets maintenance first backwards lol
