Guys, guys! They HAVE changed the standard backpack. Although not the amount of slots, but they added the search field to find stuff in your bags.
Changed, they raised the cap and the way the amount that mobs drop interacts with the amount of ppl present
Changed, doesn't put you out of combat in raids anymore, unless the boss has no targets left to attack besides invisible/stealthed ones
Graphics got updated, progression has undergone changes (TBC required everyone to have completed one set of instances before being allowed to enter the next, oposed to the current RL unlocked it? you get in) , inn keepers got moved around.

Wrong, badge items aren't the same as the instance loot= which he is refering to, hence the rngy nature of loot persists
got changed, they made the fatigue dmg higher/tick more frequent to prevent lowlvl priests from just outhealing it and running to places they weren't supposed to.
AQ got changed, both the encounters in it and the zone itself. Encounters: sheen of zanza no longer makes huhuran poison herself to death, bugtrio dmg and healing was adjusted while it was current contend as some kill order (i think it was Yau last, or whatever the healing bug is called) was alot harder then they intended. you can now use any mount in AQ, oposed to bugs only. the AQ zone can be entered without being in the instance, this wasn't the case in current content. Spellbooks from that zone are now grey, and no longer teach spells.
