What does it mean when (OC) is next to MoBo memory standards?

I bought 8gb of RAM at 2133 MHz (link: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231468 ), and I wanna make sure I get a motherboard that works. Here's an example from the motherboard's description:

"4×240pin DDR3 1066/1333/1600/1866(OC)/2133(OC), 2200*/2400*/2667*/2800*MHz(OC, 22nm CPU required)"

Does that mean I can use my 2133 MHz RAM? The motherboard is 1155, so the RAM itself is compatible, but what kind of speed would I get? Would I have to use 1600 MHz RAM and then OC? Would I have to get a better Mobo? /so confused
