This is why the south makes America look bad.
I'm in agreement. It's called faith for a reason. You can't force faith on someone, and you shouldn't try to. Either they will believe or they will not. It's everyone's individual decision to make.
I also believe in God and I do not approve of this whatsoever. This is far beyond the line and, if anything, would simply drive more people away from God rather than towards Him.

Alternet cites New York Times and Fox, neither of which link any actual source for this information; making this story unverifiable and not worth debating.
The articles themselves make reference to the bill being tabled (but not to it going any further than that).
Nor does the alleged law make any logical sense. Does it mean that everyone at Homeland Security goes to jail? Just the director? The building itself? I'm going to vote "Sensationalist crap, blown way out of proportion by people who want to feel like victims because it's the in thing".
I'm glad I live in Kentucky!
No but really I had no clue about this "law" and do not agree with it.
Well there's really nothing to worry about. I'd like to see someone actually getting in jail for that it's never gonna happen
They're going about this wrong. You can't force someone to believe in God. There's a reason it's called faith.
This is what's holding us back as a race. US, get your shit together.
Only in america.
Infracted.

Sir Robin, the Not-Quite-So-Brave-As-Sir-Lancelot.
Who had nearly fought the Dragon of Angnor.
Who had almost stood up to the vicious Chicken of Bristol.
And who had personally wet himself, at the Battle of Badon Hill.

I believe in god, his name is Steven Wilson.
So they say that they have the right to keep their guns because of the constitution, yet they throw it aside when they don't agree with it? Take it as a whole or don't use it at all.
That's just dumb...
Did u guys even read the link? It has to do with a sign at homeland security, nothing to do with people's beliefs
Imagine if the sign said Allah. Bullshit Mountain (Fox News) would erupt with such fury that no one would escape it's outrage.
Only in Kentucky. This is an incredibly stupid law that not only goes against the Constitution but goes against Christian beliefs, too. I know we aren't really supposed to talk religion on these forums, but I would like to say that Christians are not supposed to force their beliefs on anyone. We are supposed to tell people who want to know, and if they don't want to listen to it, then we don't discuss it.
Seriously Kentucky, good job making yourselves look like the backward crazies in Iran.
Well also in Indonesia: http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2012...us-freedom-aan
