Wind Lord Mel'Jarak Heroic Bugged

Hey guys so tonight with my raid we killed garalon on normal in order to attempt son wind lord mel'jarak on heroic, however once i switched it over to heroic the boss isn't there. Has anyone experienced this before? What can i do to fix it? I tired resetting the instance, going back to normal then heroic again, we even went to clear terrace and then came back with no luck. Any help would be wonderful.

Best would to be put a ticket ingame probably. Putting it in before you went to Terrace would have been good. We had a heroic/normal bug before and the GM's got back to us within the hour.

Yeah i opened a ticket right away it says 8 hours till a gm shows up T_T

we had the same problem, just change to hero and the boss will spawn after 20-30 mins.
