graphics card installation help

Hey guys,

My GFX card is due today and i was wondering, im switching from a 6800 series AMD to a Nvidia 670, obviously being two different companys how do i go about not having AMD error or corrupt any files? or i can just swap them and use the disc to install and then go to nvidia site, ive been told id need to delete all AMD files with driversweeper or something? im really unsure

Uninstall AMD drivers, restart, use driver sweeper to be sure it is all gone, install new card, install new drivers.

I would also download the latest drivers from the web as the ones on the cd are most likely outdated.
