ㅡ is just another sound, kind of an eu sound like you were hit in the stomach and are expelling a grunt from it. So, how you would read that is Nyu ee seu teu. If you say the sound of a T, or a D, you get the sound of ㅡ. The reason why it is written that way here is because of the proper noun, NU'EST. You would see similar use in McDonald and other proper nouns that end in that sound.
