I have that in my laptop. Though I don't turn my laptop off, unless it shuts itself down. It's a slow laptop one though with an Agility 3, but the boottime to the desktop is about the same as on this PC, so near instant should be possible.

Usually takes mine around that time (though a little less), my computer is pretty decent (minus the heating issues that I need to deal with), but my harddrive, even though it has a pretty big storage amount, is very slow compared to the rest of the computer.

I went from a 5400RPM HDD to a SSD. Imagine the difference.

I'm not sure, I just remember buying a cheaper one because we felt that having a good hard drive was not necessary for us. I don't even know where to go to find that out.

They make Jesse from Teamrocket look way hot.

I love how they made all the pokemon kind of dark, gives it a new look and feel, which is cool.

You bought one of the more expensive ones. Caviar Black is the flagship of Western Digital.
    I have the WD2002FAEX 2 times in RAID0

So it's actually a good hard drive?

I'd restart my computer and see how long it takes to load up, just to see if I was right or not, but I'm too lazy.

It's a good drive for a HDD. Don't bother rebooting, it's mostly the IOPS that count then. (Input/Output Operations per Second).
A normal HDD has roughly 100-130 IOPS, current SSD's are capable of 40k+. Which basically means they can do 400x the amount of read/write operations per second than what a HDD can. That's the reason PC's boot that fast with a SSD in it.

You could go for the ioDrive Octal, costs about $100k for a 5TB SSD, but then you do have one damn fast SSD.
