Any way you want. I'd suggest down to the New Londo ruins to get the first fire keeper soul to upgrade your estus. Just do a suicide run if you don't mind losing what little souls you have.

But after that? The most general direction is Undead Burg, you could go to the Catacombs but that's a bit out of your league currently.

Head the small hill up towards the bridge building thingy.
