Oh I was so pissed. It was Friday that I found this out, and it was made worse by the fact that the calls I was getting were just horrible anyway, and the calls kept coming all day long. Either it was something freaky and convoluted, or the caller was being obstinate, or stuff like that. The first easy call I had all day was the second to last one before I left for the day.
