And that little 4, does that mean it has both 4 power and toughness or something?

You play em like any other card. The 4 is loyalty counters. You manipulate them by using the abilities the planeswalker has (+1 gives him a loyalty counter, and the -8 takes away 8, and you can't activate any ability you don't have the counters for). The opponent can target them just as they do players though, so monsters can attack them directly, taking away loyalty counters, unless you wish to block.

I no habla MTG. Are you calling him a "son of a bitch" because he's a nasty card to deal with and this is thus a good thing, or are you saying that because you're irritated that you received such a card or were hoping for something else?

He's not as vile as Jace, the Money Scalper I was talking about before, but he's still decent.

The sad thing is
They DO have pvp.
It's very unbalanced and you can't activate it at first glance. But it's there.

That is funny because he shows up a lot in control decks because of his first ability and then he is just card advantage with his second.
