Oh, it's Simca.![]()
Congrats Simca on making it to the front page ^_^
guilds are overrated...Why cant current tier be done cross realm? Many server dont have a large raiding pool...
Worry about what it would do to guilds. (Source)
About time they are willing to go that way with transmog. Good to hear.
I don't get it...bow animation is not the same as a gun animation, and crossbow looks a bit different from gun...WHY not just let the toon have the animation that the sword or axe or polearm gives? Make 2-hand to 2-hand, 1-hand to 1-hand and we're done...SIMPLE.
Please please stop messing with PvE due to PvP.The damage and Demonic Fury cost of Chaos Wave have been reduced by 33%. The new values will not be reflected in the tooltip until a client patch.
I used Chaos Wave on the adds at Feng for quick AE burst. My group already had problems with killing those off fast enough and a 33% nerf on my highest ae burst really is not going to help us here.
I really wish they would change so that you can transmog daggers to one handed swords, there aren't that many caster swords out there, and I have found the perfect one that I want.
I mean, hunters can transmog a crossbow to a gun or vice versa.
Uh, where your going is the only place in the world where the geese chase *you*! - Dr. Ian Malcolm
I don't think it has anything to do with the weapon type. Go to any xmog site and just take a look at the models for 2h maces when compared to axes or swords. There's significantly less mace models for starters, and the models themselves are uninspired. I'd blame this more the lack of good artwork.
Oh joy, get ready for more tiny faceroll 8-boss tiers that take 2 hours to clear and last for 6-9 months.Greg Street @Ghostcrawler
@Shadesogrey Sympathetic to the argument that 16 bosses is already a big time commitment. Different world from small tiers like Firelands.
It doesn't matter that there's 16 bosses in a raid tier, as long as there's enough time to clear it...would you rather have 16 bosses that last for 6 months, or 7 bosses that last for 4 months?
Trouble is, Blizz never get it right. T7 was too easy and lasted way too long, T8 was long and lasted way too short, T9 should never have existed, T10 was long but also lasted too long, T11 was long and lasted too short, T12 was way too short and lasted too long, T13 likewise but more extreme. If they actually got it right so that the size/difficulty of raids were correctly proportional to their duration as the current tier, there wouldn't be complaints.

"now award 40 Valor, up from 25"
still useless since there is a 1k weekly cap
What's the reason behind changing Sprit Kings? Too much variety?
Opinions are often mistaken for facts. Also, you're reading stuff into his statement. And the day there are no complaints will be the day the human race has died out
About the spirit kings: weren't they supposed to spawn in random order by design? Please correct me if I am mistakenI thought it was part of the challenge of the encounter.

Saying that getting rewarded more points for something is useless just because there is a cap in place is not a logical statement, sorry.
Because you get rewarded more points, it takes less time to hit the cap, making it feel less of a job to hit it every week, and giving you more time for the fun stuff besides grinding out those reputations![]()

Well, when you're using consumables, reseting the fight non-stop is a large waste. Not to mention you can't tell who's 3rd/4th until you get there, which could also mean you just wasted MORE time if the order is exceedingly harder than this now default order.
The variance would be fine if the Spirit Kings themselves were all tuned together, but this is not the case.
I dislike the argument "what it would do to guilds". They made CRZ as a way to make the community feel bigger in unpopulated areas (apparently non-Org/SW capitals now feel bigger but you can't see what auctions have sold), and you have LFR and LFG to make grouping easier to see content, and we have Real ID to talk with our friends on different realms/factions. I talk with my Real ID friends more than I talk with on-server/guild friends anymore, and we can't raid together in current content unless I fork over money to go back to the dead servers or they fork it over to come to mine, neither of us see eye to eye on this one. Further, they can't seem to locate guilds to raid with because their servers are dead, dying, or lacking in quality guilds that meet their needs.
Meanwhile, I can do current Battlegrounds and Rated Battlegrounds with these people but cannot do Arenas, one of which nets me current PvP gear.
This is a bad argument on their part, because it is either financial or they just aren't interested in really serving the community that's been scattered to the winds over the years. Obviously the system could make it to where guilds like Blood Legion and Vodka could recruit cross server, but those are the top 0.01% of guilds out there and players in those guilds tend to demand people transfer or reroll anyhow in order to raid with them or they would lose credit for certain kills on the progression sites and not be able to really contribute outside of raids to the guild. People I know in the average guild are having trouble locating raiders right now, and unless they start offering free transfer across servers to meet the demands of these raiding guilds, I think they are sabotaging their own effort to try and give some presence of server cohesion. Allowing people to raid via RID would be a boom for raiding, not a collapse of guilds that were on their way out anyhow.
