Upgrading T2 > Set,Nonsets ?

yo dawgs,

I'm a ret paladin who just got his T2 weapon, the rest is pretty much honor gear with 2 set-pieces conquest gear.

Is it worth more to directly upgrade my T2 to 2/2 or to get some set and nonset for conquest points first?

In terms of upgrades (for my dk at least):
Weapon (t1 or t2)

Buy full Mal gear before upgrading the rest.
--
2250 Gear
Burst Trinket
1750 Gear
Equip Trinket (when you deal damage..chance to gain..) - Human Only
1250 Gear
Other Trinkets

Prioritize your highest secondary stats first, like my upgrade list for 2250 is Helm > Legs > Chest.

thanks, but when to upgrade the items themselves? i mean you have 0/2 upgrades according to your list

when to go for 2/2? when you have all the 0/2 items completed?
shouldnt the weapon be upgraded earlier to 2/2?

Oh yeah, sorry, I have full Mal, didn't really write that well. I would get t2/2 as a melee before you get anything else Honor -> Conquest to be honest. It's a huge upgrade.

After that, get full Conquest gear before upgrading.
