Aura for Sacred Shield

This is probably a real easy thing, but I've been trying for the past hour and I can't get it to work. All I want is an aura, using either Weak Auras or Power Auras to show when Sacred Shield is not on a raid member. I cannot for the life of me work out why it isn't working, but I can't get it configured at all.

Can someone please talk me through what settings I need so that I get a visual display if Sacred Shield drops off any raid member?

this power aura should work, its set to friendly target atm, didn't get to test in raid but can just check the raid memberbox for it and it should work for raid
