Yes, your parts are compatible with each other.

You're spending too much on your PSU. Unless you're a PSU enthusiast, you don't need 750W and you definitely don't need the HX series. 500-600W is what you should be shooting for.

Your graphics card isn't going to do so well in modern shooters, recommend spending less on the following parts to get another 7770 for CF or a better card:
    - CPU Heatsink
    - Caviar Blue over Caviar Black
    - Case
    - Case Fan (not necessary at your budget)

You can also go for a 128GB SSD now instead of 7770 CF.

Just go for the hx650 which is being made by seasonic while the hx750 is made by CWT. CWT sucks compared to seasonic. Just upgraded from a hx850 (cwt) to ax860i (seasonic) and the voltages were much sharper and this unit is running quieter.

You don't pretty much need 750W for gtx 660 in sli.

I would try out a HDX-2283Z or maybe even the RX-9912XD if you have the money.

    PSU: Seasonic M12II-520 (semi-modular)
    PSU: OCZ-ZT650 (fully modular)
