Weakauras, is it possible to add a "spark" to a progress bar?

I have looked around in animations but can't find anything.

And another question, in this video he makes his progress bars change position depending on how long time it's left on the debuff but when i look in my WA i can't find neither the "grow" or "sort" option.
So have they removed this option in the new version of WA? His video is from 2011.

Those bars are part of a "Dynamic Group" in WA, that's how you get the sorting/rearranging.
