Hey guy's, I play a mage and I think its alot of fun. However, I'm currently having a really hard time whether it be in arena or just general bg/wpvp with feral druid's. I understand that they have the ability to shape shift out of roots and snares and are also immune to polymorph.

I was wondering if anyone may have any pointers or tips on how I might improve against feral's, as i currently feel like a sitting duck outside of ice block. Thanks for any help in advance.
