(Frost) True value of Alchemist Stone Trinket?

I have read a lot of BIS trinket list, but I have seen little to no info on the alchemist stone. I have done sims and I have check many websites like askmrrobot and they have the alchemist stone ahead of my other trinket (Blossom of Pure Snow). I have the DMC trinket, but have had no luck getting any other trinkets from LFR or Raid. I have thought about the 496 i-level trinket from the DO rep, but I am unsure if it is worth the VP. I can't link, as I am new to this website, yet, but my gear i-level is 488. If anyone could give me more clear and concise information about the alchemist stone, I would appreciate it. I have it upgraded as well to the 466 i-level. The proc on it is 4,691 int for 15secs and I reforged the mastery to haste(523mast/348haste) and, appears to me, to come off CD at about 1 min. I am by no means a theorycrafter, so please go easy on me. If someone could just tell me where in the BIS list the alchemist stone is, it would help me greatly.

Is it for real, like a blue trinket without upgrade > LoC H 2upgrade ??

EDIT : Nvm it's cause they used FB, look at the 2nd results for using NT..
