Is this PSU good quality and will it run what I want it to run?

I read Corsair is decent but that it doesn't manufacture its own PSUs.

Corsair Enthusiast Series Modular TX550M 80PLUS Bronze Certified 550W

    (I can't post full links).

    I want it to run:
    - overclocked i5 3570k
    - overclocked HD 7950

    Thanks.

    Review for the TX550M

It's decent enough, price looks good and it's enough power.
