Ok, so you guys have helped me alot in the past, and I'm asking for that aid again.
I only have a £250 budget for a new motherboard and processor, and I have selected my choice for processor - http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B...QWG9X3V6T755ZV
However, I need a motherboard to go with that for under £80, any advice?
I need to know whether or not some components might not be compatible. I ordered my comp in 2009, it was a mid-rangeish computer back then, so going off that info, will the 'mid range stuff back then' be compatible with these?
Sorry for the vague info, cannot remember hardly anything that is in the computer. I really do not know ANYTHING about computers. I just like to play games. Sorry for being ignorant!
edit: I have 8gb of DDR3 Corsair Vengeance RAM. My hard drive is fairly new, so it should be compatible. My power supply is also fairly new.

The MSI one looks good, within budget too. My ram isn't the one that came with the comp; it broke so I bought the Corsair Vengeance 1600mhz DDR3 (4x2). http://www.corsair.com/memory-by-pro...m1a1600c9.html This one here I think, x2. The i5 comes with a cooler, so my worries of my cooler not being good enough have dissipated. Yea, everything seems compatible. Thanks for your assistance.
Edit: Yea they are 1.5v.

It's ten bucks cheaper, I love MSI, they have good parts and fantastic warranty/customer service. Either is a good buy. The G43 looks like it has a couple extra USB, Onboard DVI (meh), and better onboard HD Audio.
