    So i have Gall Stones

After a month of excrutiating pain, i just had an ultrasound today and it turns out i have gall stones. Apparently its quite a popular thing that people get, so i was wondering if anyone else has dealt with them and could offer some advice.

I have upwards of 20 floating around in my gall bladder and it looks like gravel in there. Should i get it cut out or i heard something about a sound wave that can blast them and shatter them.

Not a good new years eve for me

    More water. Drink more water.

You can have them cut out, or you can pass them. If they are too big to pass, they can use a sonic device of some kind to break them down into smaller pieces, and then you can pass them.

I believe the preferred method is passing them, as painful for you it is less risky than surgery.

Also, drink more water to get less in the future.

A friend of mine had his gallbladder removed because having to pass a stone every couple weeks or so made him literally want to die. I don't envy your decision, and hope you feel better.
This concept of wuv confuses and infuriates us.
