weak auras to show scatter shot on my healer

Hi,
Is there a way for weak auras to show scatter shot on my healer (this is for arena). I would also like to show Lullaby too.

I actually don't know about weakauras, I never used it (yet). I use TellMeWhen instead and with that I know you can. So if all else fails, you could try that.

I think I have found a way for Weakauras to do it... I haven't had time to test this yet.
