Yes it is rape. Why are there so many threads lately about what does or doesn't count as rape? This one, the one about the guy offering sex for rent, is it that hard to tell when sex is or isn't appropriate? Here's a clue, if you have to stop and ask "Could this be considered rape?" then chances are good it isn't the right time for sex.

^ fell asleep besides boyfriendMorales went into a room and had sex with an 18-year-old woman after her boyfriend, whom she had fallen asleep beside, had left.

Wow... just wow that was very disturbing to read.
These threads have really made me see how the whole myth about vast numbers of false rape claims has come about. Seems like many who buy in to that are actually people who just don't understand/refuse to understand what rape actually is and are simply discounting legit claims because of that. No wonder reporting rates are so low :/
If i was in a costume party and a single woman thinks that i am a person she has a crush on under my mask and she has sex with me, would that be rape if i wouldn't tell her i'm a different person?
Of course i know that what this guy did is a different thing, but i'm just thinking about where the limit would be by the law. Because in a way, even though what the guy did is very wrong, my example and this are quite similar.
I think any relevant discussion has been had; there's nothing left but arguing over semantics and trolling.
Closing this.
