    You should not mistake it for a universal fixed figure. You rather have to understand it as an indicator. The individually correct number has to be determined together with one's doctor.

    For your ballpark numbers are:
    6.5ft = 198.12cm
    225 lbs = 102.058 kg

    You are most definitely within the rule of thumb method. You can give it a few percent variation. I'm sure that's why no doctor ever mentioned something of being overweight. 4kg isn't even 5%

    My mother used say that but she goes height - 110

    So my height in centimeters is 196cm. 196-100 is 96. 96 kilograms in pounds is 212ish pounds. Meh, I know my body. I've run 3 marathons, eat very healthy and doctors give me a very clean bill of health. I should stop worrying.

    Ok, there are way to many threads about looks on MMO-c. The answer to every single one of them is: Fucking work out.

    When I was 16 I was very skinny, and it was kinda ugly. I resorted to eat more to get a little more skin on my bones. I very quickly went from skinny to uglier.

    Now I work out about 4-5 times a week. Nothing really intense as of now, just some cardio and into weights. I've just gotten a hold of the Insanity DVD, and I'm gonna start doing that in a while.

    The point is that the only way to get a better body is to work out. There is no magic food.

    It would have been four, but they cancelled the NYC Marathon after Hurricane Sandy.

    I heard the Chinese still haven't mastered the art of products for longevity. They appear to last about 30 years and then just rapidly become totally unappealing.

    Just hop on the back of a my tandem then you can eat anything you want. Of course, I don't know how comfortable I'd feel wearing spandex shorts with your hands a few inches from my ass.

    You will not 'like' it. You will LOVE it. You will crave it. It's like brushing teeth, it sucks, but go a day without doing it and you life suddenly feels empty.

    There's a book called 'The power of habit'. Now I'm not gonna recommend that read an entire book on the subject, the point is that you can force your brain to crave something that you never craved before.

    Here's a short video from the author of the book (i think)

    Here's a very interestin (although lengthy) part of the book.
