I have a problem with it looking like a normal snake, him blinding it, but it could not smell him when it was two feet away and since it looks like a normal snake I assume it smells with it's tongue and should have been able to find him.

For the reasons above. I understand it is a fantasy creature, but it looks like a normal snake, outside of how big it is and the stone turning ability, and should have been able to smell his scent when it was so close to him.

Talk about OP shit. Kaiba had a card (something cannon) that destroyed all magic cards. his Crush card destroyed all strong creatures (1500 attack or higher) in their decks. With those three cards, it's a total lockdown and game over.

I always liked how Kaiba thought he had "skill". No. He had the money to buy the rarest and most powerful cards. Like Pegasus, who used banned cards.
