I'm not as well read on the subject as my dad is, he's done extensive research to make sure we go about building up our farm properly. But from what I have read, people who start buying from local organic farmers start to become much healthier and have more energy as their bodies adjust to eating "real food". I suppose that's a no-brainer really. So far it seems to hold up. I've experienced largely the same thing since we starting eating our own chickens and the fruit that grows on what we have so far.

As long as you don't kill any of their chickens, it should be fine.

You heard it first Keen is hoarding all the healthy food, which is driving up the prices.

By chance do you grow organic red dye #5?

Yes. It's totally me and not the fact that big food corporations routinely get their executives into positions in the USDA

We don't. I'm not sure if we're going to grow anything like that unless it's a byproduct.
