"Often concerned with right and wrong" yes
"and punctilious in expressing it" nope. Unless they're talking facts and not morals.
"Initially seen by others as cold or uncaring, you are difficult for those more spontaneous members of society to understand. " Maybe. I probably think I'm edgier than I am.
"You are extremely stable, responsible and dependable." No, I am unstable, irresponsible and undependable. It is not a stretch to call my life a long line of significant screwups and this isn't some inferiority complex talking, you could ask anyone who actually knows me and my life and they'd say the same thing.
"You manifest an amazing ability to concentrate on the issue at hand" I very often get bored and have to switch to something else to do.
"and are difficult to distract from issues that are important. " This one fits enough, I guess, if you bend what "important" qualifies as.
"You manifest a great sense of loyalty to your employers and your government. " I've held loyalty to competent employers and I have a decent amount of loyalty as far as my government goes but this is simply due to me liking what they do more often than not. Being a rational human being doesn't mean you're necessarily loyal.
"You tend to show love through a display of committed works, believing that actions speak louder than words. " Let's see...yeah, I guess.
"You are also resistant to change and tend to believe that the old ways are best. If a behavior has been successful in the past, why would anyone want to change?" I believe that ways and behaviors hold no intrinsic value based on how new or old they are.
"You work best in a controlled environment." Yeah, I guess.
