Killing ain't the problem imo. It's not nice, but bearable.
It only gets really annoying when they actually camp you.
Tabbing out and watching something fun or so for a few minutes usually fixed that though, so I don't really see why it's such a big issue.

You know that feel when you kill a guy your own level fair and square and he comes back on his main to camp you.
Yeah, it's shit like that.
